Web-based service requests management solution
Developed the solution according to the TDD approach • Introduced new business entities which had an influence on all web modules • Prepared detailed technical analysis based on the customer requirements • Developed database packages for different entities CRUD operations • Wrote PHPUnit tests and Jasmine unit tests for high code coverage
The goal of the project was to develop from scratch a call management software that would enable call centers providing facility management services to efficiently handle a high call volume. Processing, distributing, and monitoring the progress of numerous service requests, the webbased solution ensured prompt issue resolution and considerable time and resource savings.

Integrated mobile apps for facility management
• Learned ExtJS 3.4 and project codebase • Implemented complicated interactions between UI elements (conditional questions) • Performed data mining from unknown data model
The developed apps allowed quick service request bookings, allocating work orders to technical teams, making inventories of goods and assets, making room reservations, and many more. The apps were completely integrated into a complex distributed FM software suite, utilizing the same database, configurations, and user access control.

Service requests management solution
Implemented data synchronization between Access Layer database and customer’s databases • Implemented cross-origin connections between web applications • Implemented the service center standalone application without dedicated database that provided access to the data aggregated from various web portals and stored on the Access layer • Maintained and improved the code quality as well as performed regular code reviews
The scope of the project included the design and development of the Access Layer using Zend Framework, ExtJS 3.4, Oracle. The developed tool allowed users to establish the single sign-on connection to various cross-domain web portals without reentering their credentials.

Online shop management system
• Integrated the ImageCMS with 1C to support goods synchronization using PHP and MySQL • Developed SQL queries and optimized the existing ones to support new category filters for ImageCMS shop • Migrated the CMS to PHP 5.3 and started migrating PHP libraries to use traits and namespaces • Implemented RBAC for the ImageCM
The objective of the project was to support and extend the functionality of the legacy online shop management system. The solution allowed the users to easily create typical projects of corporate websites and multifunctional online-shops from the pre-defined templates. The templates provided all the necessary functionality for successful sales-adaptive design and SEO-optimization, as well as featured a variety of marketing tools.
